Digital product, no shipping

ClueCat AI is a software service delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

When you get access

Free trial: available as soon as you sign in with Google.
Passes: activated on your account immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. Your pass runs for 3, 7 or 30 days from that moment.

You can see your current plan at any time on your account page, and use it in the ClueCat AI desktop app by signing in with the same Google account.

If something goes wrong

If your pass does not appear on your account within 1 hour of payment, email hello@cluecat-ai.com with the date of your purchase and we will activate it or refund you in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
