Try before you pay

Every account gets one free 20-minute trial, started from the app whenever you're ready, so you can try ClueCat AI on a real call before buying a pass.

No subscription to cancel

Passes (3, 7 or 30 days) are one-time payments. They do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again unless you buy another pass.

Refunds

• If you have not started a session with your pass, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• If you were charged in error or more than once, we will refund the extra charge in full.
• Once you have used a pass, it is not refundable.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to request

Email hello@cluecat-ai.com from the address on your account with the date of your purchase. We reply within 2 business days.
