Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ClueCat AI website and desktop app (the “Service”), operated by DMA Pulsify Media. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

ClueCat AI is a real-time AI assistant that transcribes conversations and suggests talking points based on the information you provide. Suggestions are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for what you say and do with them.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18 years old. Keep your account secure and let us know at hello@cluecat-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Free session and passes

• Each account gets one free trial: a single 20-minute session that starts when you tap “Start free trial” in the app and can't be paused. Each computer can be used for only one free trial.
• After that, you can buy a pass: 3 days for $10 (₹800), 7 days for $14 (₹1,000) or 30 days for $30 (₹2,000). Passes are one-time payments made through our payment provider.
• A pass starts when you buy it and ends after its length (3, 7 or 30 days). While it is active you can start as many sessions as you need, with a fair-use limit of 300 AI replies per account per day (resets at midnight UTC).
• While your trial or pass is active, your account can be used on up to 2 computers, registered the first time you use them. They can't be changed until your plan ends, and a computer can only be registered to one account at a time.
• Passes do not renew automatically. You are never charged again unless you buy another pass.
• Prices may change, but never for a pass you have already bought.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in breach of any law, or of rules or agreements that apply to you.
• Record or process other people's conversations without the consent required where you live.
• Resell, copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.
• Share your account or use it to harm others.

You are solely responsible for making sure your use of the Service is permitted in each situation you use it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resume, notes and other content you provide. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of major changes.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any outcome of an interview, meeting or decision. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
